Radio buttons - 50 in 25 groups of 2 quickly?

Greetings! This is my first second post....my first one was posted in the wrong place. o_O

I need to add 50 radio buttons to a spreadsheet. They will be grouped in 25 pairs. When I try to copy a grouped pair and paste it, Excel crashes. Is there a way to accomplish what I need to do without copying one radio button 50 times, moving them around so they're adjacent to one another (i.e., look nice), then group each pair?

Other thing ... Could You use sheets cells as 'radiobuttons' by using same looking character?
