Quotes and Orders Pipeline / Forecast Chart

Dear All

I have a spreadsheet which consists of the following columns:-


Column G: Date of Enquiry

Column K: Quote Return Deadline

Column L: Quote Value

Column M: Order Probability (Percentage)

Column S: Estimated Order Win Date


Basically from these I need to create a few charts.


Chart 1:

To show the number of enquiries recieved per month. It would also be nice to merge this with a chart to show the total value of quotes per month if possible.


Chart 2:

To show a forecast of quantity and value of quotes and orders using the estimated order win date.


I don't really know where to start.


Can anyone help?

Work out what sort of report you want

Then start with it

Simple steps

Once your first report is finished move onto the next
