1) On the Dashboard Page, I wanted a better way to draw attention to a Project Budget if the Project Budget had gone "over-budget". Therefore, I added Conditional Formatting to the Budget Number to Turn Red when the Money Spent was greater than the budgeted amount on the Project Details page. However, after I added conditional formatting to each Budget display on the Dashboard, I notice some budget numbers remain Black until I actually scroll up?? Not sure why this is occurring?
