I am new to your site and have joined the forum today. From the ideas and tutorials I see so far this is a fantastic site and resource center.
I am looking for a way to plan strategically for resource loading via costs to complete on existing projects - one set of inputs, and the loading of resources for a set of other inputs - upcoming tenders, tenders which are expected to become projects and current work in hand. So a strategic planning tool regarding resource over/under allocation. This may be something you already have in none form or another, or something which you may be interested in looking into.
