My original codes as my previous post were tested under 2003 without issue !
I just try on another computer under 2007 version : no issue …
I never had this issue with these kinds of codes.
So, which version do you use ? As someone with same version may test …
I think I found the issue. When I processed using #1a and #3, then viewed the resulting .csv as a text file the first column appears with the quote marks. When opening that same .csv in Excel 2010 the quote marks for that first column do not appear. So, it appears to be some form of processing that Excel is doing. I tried resetting everything to default but, not having any luck there. In any case this will work great as I'll just use the csv without Excel. Thank you Marc!
