Print the highest experienced skill from an alphanumeric string

Hi,
I have an excel file in which a field captures the employee's skill and his experience in months within the brackets. There could be any number of skills as below for example. Now I have to print the top 2 skills by experience in a new column. Can someone suggest a formula for this.

Example : Java spring (14), Java message services (10), Java enterprise (8), C++(6)
