Points Calculation in Excel

Hi,
I need ur help to calculate the points of each resource in Team Members Sheet . In the attached excel, there are two sheets - Team Members & Point Calculation. I need to calculate the points of each team members based on values of column D to R. For eg.. I did manual calculation of Total Points in Output sheet.

Please help me on this

Hi, with helper columns this is not so difficult. Unfortunately I do not know of a one shot formula. I did add it in the extra sheet, I hope it is not too inconvenient.
