Please help me arrange data to display as a stacked column chart

I have a chart which displays the number of several issues per week. Now I'm asked to show the same number of week and category columns, with each column divided to show US and CA data. Can you help me to arrange the data so that it will display this way?
I would like to see for each category/week, US in the bottom half of the data point and CA on the top (actual numbers, not percentage). Thank you in advance for any advice you can provide.

Thank you Narayan. Sort of, only I was hoping to have the 4 categories as they appear now, only with a double stacked data point for each week's data point. Is that possible?
