Please Help! Automatic feed

Hello,

I would like the data tab to pull info from the matrix so it can feed into column C "Bi weekly Medical deduction". For example John Doe makes 82000 a year and has medical coverage for Employee Only, his deduction should populate as 121.36.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Try,

1] A bit changing in "Matrix" sheet, in M2, remove "+" in Cell M2 and become as per screenshot (Table 2).

Then,

2] In "Data" sheet (Table 1) C2, formula copied down :

=LOOKUP(D2,Matrix!$C$2:$M$2,INDEX(Matrix!$C$6:$M$9,MATCH(E2,Matrix!$A$6:$A$9,0),0))
