There is a really good tutorial right here on Channdoo.org. this should get you started http://chandoo.org/wp/2008/08/07/excel-add-drop-down-list/ If you want to ge more complex , meaning context sensitive you can do that too. For example if you wanted 2 dropdowns , a list of food types in one Italian Chinesse Indian French If you pick Italian, the second dropdown should only show pizza calzones pasta If you pick chineese the second dropdown should only show eggrolls potstickers general tso chicken Let me know if this makes sense Dave
