Placeholder text to auto-populate in each cell row of the table

Hi,

I have attached the sample file.

To maintain data uniformity, I want to input instructional text or placeholder text in cell row of the table. Also this need to auto-populate as new row gets added in the table.

Expecting some solution from Chandoo.org forum.

To maintain data uniformity, I want to input instructional text or placeholder text in cell row of the table so that the user is aware of the date format and data validation list while entering data. Also this need to auto-populate as new row gets added in the table using Tab.
