Hui Excel Ninja Staff member Sep 27, 2012 #2 Dinesh Select the table including headers Goto Data, Filter Now select the field Header, there should be a small drop down arrow on the right of the field header Select that and select what ever values you require eg: 2010, uncheck all the others
