Personal Macro Workbook can't be saved

Hi All:

I'm a relatively experienced Excel user but I've run into a new problem. Just installed Excel on a new laptop and wanted to add a Personal Macro Workbook. When I attempt to save, I get the following message "You cannot save the Personal Macro Workbook in the startup folder. Save it elsewhere now and move it to the startup folder later." I've never encountered this problem and my web searches have yielded nothing helpful. I've been a lurker here for a long time and I figured it's time to join the party. Thanks in advance for any help.
 
As always, you guys are the best. I knew how to create a PWB but couldn't get past the demand that I save it elsewhere. Because of your help, I saved it as a binary and now it works perfectly. Thanks so much.
