Payment workbook customization

Dear Sir,

I wanted to customize the attached workbook as below worksheet formulas are working fine but need the following changes alongwith current formula.

1) If the following Vehicle number from below vehicle list comes in narration as Advance paid then Column C that is account name should show as “Fuel Expenses”, Currently its going to advance account only.

2) If the below vehicle number comes in narration as advance then account name should be seen as fuel expenses and Column J that is Adj Type should be Trip Exp and column K should be S2 and Column L should be entry number as now its coming in O column.

3) Column W if its fuel expenses then should show as fuel expense other wise it should show as advance account.
