Overlapping Time formula help

Hi

I am trying to work out the demand on connections to desks. Basically what I want to find is the number of desks that are being used at the same time- this is to trend overall capacity. Sometimes there is no data for the desks- due to another process- which is why I have put an if in column F to return a NO where this is the case. Row 3 however should be unique as it doesn't overlap with any times above or below.

any suggestions would be welcome

Sorry I mean't to add that Column B is when each individual desk connects and C is when it releases and is available again.
