Overlapping Rectangular graphs

Hello,


Could any one help me in preparing a Graph which have overlapping rectangles of different sizes, whoes coordinates are known.

I did try doing it with graphs (line and area on secondary axis) but am not able to solve the problem when rectangle area of different width on x-axis.
