Ordinal Date Format [SOLVED]

Hey guys, I've dug around in search and can't seem to find anything exactly what I'm looking for.

Here is the scenario -- I just want a custom date format (if possible) that will do the following. If I have a cell that says "May 23, 2013" I would like another cell to show the value "23rd day of May, 2013". Easy enough - I used a custom format that reads like this: " dd"rd day of "mmm, yyyy ".

Is there any way to make this dynamic though? Obviously if the date was May 22, 2013 it would need to read "22nd of May, 2013" so my "rd" in the above format will no longer work. Helper rows can be used, but preferably no VBA for this.

Thanks in advance!
