option button in excel

Hello All,

Attached excel sheet has the form I have created with option button, please look at row number 18, 19 and 20.

Right now I can select only one button, but I want customers to pick multiple buttons if needed, How can I achieve it?

Very simple my friend, instead of using option buttons I used checkboxes
