Hi, I would be giving this file to my team, the team members names are the button names, the escalated button will be accessed by their administrator.
I would want that when anyone click on the sunny button then he/ she is prompted for a psssword and post that the sheet is shown. this way it prevents other team member to have a look at the sheet... hope this helps

... hmm ... there are all two team members!
and
there NO need password! ... or
of course that could also see just from main-sheet!
So every two team member use that file one-by-one
or
do they have own copy of it?
You have to have a list of users and their 'usernames'!
... because they have already logged in OS which they use and
that information is possible to use -
then no need to use 'yellow sticker with monitor' ...
or
to be worry to 'forget' own password!

This workbook owuld be shared with 3 people altogether, the 2 names would be the 2 team members and the 3rd would be the supervisor.
The problem is that these guys do not want to share their data with the other team member thus the requirement of password.
This book would be on the shared drive and all would be accessing the same file

Terms!
Shared:
Do You mean 'Shared' Excel-file or
those use that file one-by-one?
If really shared file ... all those three could use it in same time ... then there would be a challenge!
... if 'just' shared drive then that would be same as any folder anywhere.

'don't want..':
As written ... haven't those guys had logged in BEFORE open that file?
If so, then those guys has ALREADY use password - or how?
If one more password to forget then those password should be saved to 'main'-sheet!

'list':
Anyway, somewhere have to be a list of users with information which sheet they could see!
... and there are more than those ... two 'named' sheets!

1. All three users should be able to use the file together
... hmmm? ...
That means ... they would like to look same time that file from ONE monitor!
... so why needs password?
>>
I tried to as one-by-one
( one user uses ... and after someone else will use and so on...)
or
more than ONE user in same time with own computers?
>>
if second case ... then read again my previous message!

:)
I Would be keeping the file at a shared location, each person should be able to open the file on their individual Pc's,
if they click on the button which does not have their name then they would get access to the sheet and will be able to see the data entered by the other person , thus the password for each sheet.
for example : Mr. Sunny opens the file from the shared location, on the main sheet he select the button not in his name but in the name of Escalated calls, which he should not be accessing, with password protection this would not be possible as Mr. Sunny will have password for only his sheet and not the Escalated sheet.....Hope this clears

finally!
Sametime means that it is IMPOSSIBLE
to make it work well ... actually AT ALL with Your case!
but ...
there would be possibilities ...

...hmm? okay, this way ...
Read Instructions c-a-r-e-f-u-l-l-y!
1) Open that file
2) There are default 'password' for guys and admin just below their buttons!
3) Every of those (users) have to
login from OWN computer as normally with OWN button!
4) and everyone have to remember to save the file between the 1st round of loggin!
>> later, there should be only needed button to click <<
5) Next time, then user opens file then no need to write password :)
... if everything works as planned!
... and ... max one user per time!
There will be some challenges ...
