Open and close numbers won't display correctly in repcum sheet

Dear All,
I want to pull monthly open and close wo from RM sheet. I have a formula in repcumm sheet but it won't display correctly.

Plz see attached.

Your repCumu-sheets D-column has none values!
... and You're using that column with Your formulas.
