O365 Excel saves file in .ods extension

hi i am using O365 and one excel file saved in .ods and furthermore it size turned into 0KB and now i am unable to open it
how can i fix and reopen it
Needs urgent support

Open an OpenDocument Spreadsheet in Excel
  1. Click File > Open > Computer > Browse.
  2. To only see files saved in the OpenDocument format, in the file type list (next to the File name box), click OpenDocument Spreadsheet (*. ods).
  3. Find the file you want to open, and then click Open.

    BUT ... if that files size in 0 ... then use Your original file.
