Number of Working Days

Hello Experts
I am trying to find out the number of working days under 2 scenarios

1. if employee has a hire date and termination date, then excel should calculate the number of working days
2. if the employee only has a hire date, then excel should calculate the number of working days till today (Year to date)

I have created 3 columns with Date, Day and Working Day/Holiday as fields.
