Who is
Professor Grey?

You seems to missed VLOOKUP Syntax:
= VLOOKUP(lookup_value,table_array,col_index_num,[range_lookup])
= VLOOKUP(What you want to look up, where you want to look for it, the column number in the range containing the value to return, return an Approximate or Exact match – indicated as 1/TRUE, or 0/FALSE).

Your sample data with Question 2 ( I dont understand ) is not as written?

>> You seems missed again, what has written in Forum Rules. <<
One more time, please, reread those as soon as possible.

Did You reread Forum Rules ... Yes or No?
If Yes ... then You should know what to do?
If No ... then You should reread Forum Rules and after that, You'll know.

Many questions would be allowed here,
but some questions would get better answers.

Home work questions
... as You have already read, You should also try to learn.
If someone else would do Your home works, would Your 'Professor' give some diploma or something to those too, who has done Your home work?

Great reply. Thanks. So one person said to upload the excel. He did not reply further. Now vletm is talking about rereading the forum rules and learning.

So, whats the point of uploading the excel if no one answers that? Please enlight me on this vletm

'Upload the excel' ...
If You have picture to give and You would like to get results, then there would be much bigger possible to get results with Excel-file.
Why? Someone should do same 'sheet' to Excel and after find a solution ... of course, You would get ... a picture solution or what?
With Your case - Your 'vlook problems'
a) cross-posted ... that would make delay at once ... especially, if not followed rules! ... as You did and twice.
b) did You read my #4 Reply? ... Did You give any answers? ... Did You try those my hints?
c) home work ... part of learning would be to do something Yourself too
d) 'if no one answers that?' - thank You, I answered that!

'Talking about...'
You should know that everywhere are rules. The most of rules seems to have to write down, although those are common sense.
Learning ... it's something which should do ... after learning, You too would know next time, how to do things smoother.
eg with basic 'copy&paste' seems to be a challenge for many - hint: paste only values.
