Those sheets can anyone sort as wants. Do You mean Data-sheet?
Your #2
Where is Your sample's Supplier Name?
Your #3
Where is Your sample's Product?
Is date as current date?
Are Your sample sheets done as You've written?
Is there clear login eg with those dates?
What kind of 'marks' should create from Your Data-sheets values?

Yes the users can short

Its in 7 B Col

Where is Your sample's Product?
Its in 8 B Col

Is date as current date?
Are Your sample sheets done as You've written?
might change as this is only a sample sheet

Is there clear login eg with those dates?
What kind of 'marks' should create from Your Data-sheets values?
from data sheets we need to input the data to respective users sheet

#1 If sort ... then Sheet 1 could be any sheet.
#2 .. then there is missing sheet for Supplier
#3 .. then there is missing that from Suppliers sheet
Date? ... okay
Might change ... if someone would make a code, it would work only with that layout. Do You ask to do double work?
Clear logic? ... I see
What kind of ... Could You add based Your Data-sheet values as You've an idea?

NO sorry ,The 1st sheet will always be data sheet

#2 .. then there is missing sheet for Supplier
The supplier its only a drop down box from where the selection is done

#3 .. then there is missing that from Suppliers sheet
Date? ... okay

The Products ,suppliers ,shape will be drop down which is pre fed and the users only select and inputs the data
