Need formula to replicate data using vlookup function

Hi All,

Having two excel work books (source.xls &target.xls), in source file having values for companies by datewise(monthly).

Need to replicate data from source.xls file to target.xls file for few companies as per the target file Using Vlookup function.

Can anyone please help on this query?
