Multiple Needles on one Pie Chart

In the attached file, I am trying to plot multiple needles on one pie chart, where each needle would point to a certain number of degrees on the pie chart.

For example, the needle for 'Weekly' should point to 141 degrees on the circle. The needle for 2-hour should point to 220 degrees on the circle. The needle for 10-min should point to 298 degrees on the circle.

I would like the needles to be black, and the rest of the chart can be light gray.

I can't even select the slices corresponding to needle (the white lines).

Could You show someway
... what do You really would like to have / to see?

In the attached file, I added shapes to draw an example of what I'm trying to do. For simplicity, I only drew 4 data series. This is based on 0 degrees at the 12:00 position and 90 at 3:00, etc. I would also like to display these 4 labels as a reference (in red), in addition to the data series I am trying to plot which would be black lines pointing at the degrees shown on row 8 for each timeframe.

Do You For simplicity means that You'll try add Yourself more data series there later?
What should be shown if two or more values are same (or almost same within width of 'needle')?
... one sample without those would also like red labels
