Multiple Excel workbooks sheet rename

I have multiple excel workbook, each workbook has one sheet. I want to rename all sheet into list of value. I have List, based on file name.

For Example, Each Company has separate workbook and it contain one Sheet , I have list in separate excel file with A column "Company name" against to B column New Sheet Name. How can I rename each files sheet name using VBA . Any one help me? I have list of sheet name also.

Ex, Maruthi (workbook Name) - Spares (Sheet name) -- Spares with Year ( New Sheet Name)

This macro need to replace sheet name based on Provided list. I don't know English very much . so if anyone need more clear details about my doubt , contact me.
