Move data from one sheet to many

I Have dowloaded this example from Chandoo
I need to do exactly what is does on a much bigger scale for data up to 200 rows.

I have no clue where to start, is there somebody that i can send the data to to help me out?

As here it's the VBA section I guess you are talking about a code​

so just place the text cursor on a statement then hit F1 key then just read the VBA help …​
