Monthly, Quaterly, Yearly Cost Sheet from Data plotted month wise

Being accountant, i have make cost sheet for monthly cost sheet, based on monthly data. I used to make seperate file for monthly, quarterly and yearly to make periodic cost sheets. Is it prossible to make from all the periodic cost sheets in one single file.

If you had all your data in a single table, it might be possible to produce all your different reports simply by using a PivotTable, and grouping/filtering when needed. Your question is rather broad and hard to answer w/o a lot of the specific details (maybe you could post the file somewhere?)
