Hi all,

Am looking for a formula in which I can have the number of days or month than an employee stay in his job.

Please see attached excel file for better understanding.

You skipped expected results.
If You meant full days and/or full months then please check this.
eg from 2-Jan-2022 to 30-Dec-2022 there are ... ten full months.
