Manipulate and Copy data from one worksheet to the other

Hi All,
I tried to write its Macro, but there were a lot of issues faced.
I am inserting data in (Nov-17) tab and then if the particular is "a", I go to the worksheet "a" and copy the row from (Nov-17) to worksheet "a". Same goes on with "b" & "c".
Also, attached is the sheet.
