Making Comments Pop-up on Excel Chart by moving the mouse over

Hi Guys,


I am trying to plot an excel chart with comments embedded. That is if I move the mouse over a certain point a comment should pop-up explaining the underlying reason for that particular coordinate.


I am trying to plot an excel chart of stock prices and I would like the user to know why on a certain date the stock price crashed or went up..The User can do that by moving the mouse over the point of interest and a comment pops-up..


Is there a way to accpmlish this without Macros. My knowledge is limited in Macros..
