Macro for Scatter Chart

I want to create a dynamic scatter chart, it will only includes the data which matches any certain condition.

If a macro button can be added so that, whenever I apply any condition, and whatever the data appears, then with a single click a chart can be created

No. Code can't really accommodate for some arbitrary condition. You'll at least have to give us some parameter to work on... after all, we are not mind readers.

Alternately, just build Advanced Filter set up yourself and add as many condition as you need to extract matching data. Then use dynamic named range to define chart series off of returned data.

See link on how to use Advanced filter.
