Lookup And Fetch Data From One Sheet To Second Sheet With Strike Price And Expiry Date

I want to fetch call open interest of 29-09-2022 expiry date in data sheet from nifty sheet(column F) .We can identify the Call Put as per identifiers column in nifty sheet(OPTIDXNIFTY29-12-2022PE7500).
Please let me know the formula Sir
