Dear Master of Excel, I need your help urgently!

Please see below (or attached) - how can I detect the pattern between data in 1st and 3rd columns and reflect it in the "required output" column?
rows are random, space between rows is random.

Select F3 >> go to the ribbon select "Formulas" tag >> in "Formula Auditing", click " Evaluate Formula"

then, press the "Evaluate" button again and again >> close.

Hi Bosco, thanks for the tip!!!

And.... I have another question on the same topic, similar example (please see attached). First solution is based on the assumption the the value in A3 is the base for the trace (Row()=7), and it works fine.
How can it be improved so the result will reflect multiple bases (or unique values not repeated in column C), regardless of it's position? (ROW()=any if value in A cell is unique to C column?)
I tried different tactics, including vlookup or different logic altogether, not successfully :-(
