Log of files moved/copied/deleted

Hi,
I want to maintain a log of files that were renamed or copied or moved to someother location, with their current and old location as well as timestamps. Further if possible those files which were sent as attachments in mails or were deleted should also be included in the log. Any help is appreciated.

I don't think it's doable without any complete explanation …
If you have any logic or an algorithm, post it !
Any Excel question ? As a reminder, here it's a VBA Excel forum,
not a mails one neither a system one …
