Launch PowerMap COM Add-In with VBA

Can someone please help me write a piece of code that will simply start the PowerMap Com Add-In in Excel 2013?

For several reasons, in this circumstance, I am prevented from launching through traditional methods, though the COM add-in is installed on this particular machine.

I would greatly appreciate a workaround if someone would be so kind as to help.

Even if COM add-in is installed, PowerMap is only works for specific license SKU.

What licensing do you have for your Office installation?
 
It's Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013. Can't specifically comment on SKU.

I've further checked to see if any of the commands are available under the customize ribbon bar, and I can't seem to find anything related to PowerMap even though the add-in is fully installed / present in the Program Files directory.

Is there any way to try to force run it with VBA? Any other ideas for how to attempt to run it?
