Dear All,

We have 3 different shift as per below. I need a formula to identify late arrival entries. Could you please help me to create a formula.

Start TimeEnd Time
Day8:40:00 AM5:30:00 PM
Night7:10:00 PM4:00:00 AM
Straddle3:00:00 PM12:00:00 AM

Your times are not real times but text looking like time.
After conversion with the TIMEVALUE function, the attached does the job
