last row covered by conditional formatting rule is ignored

hi, I'm using conditional formatting to color rows and it works fine, except that the last row in the group which should be colored is ignored - not colored, any reason why this should happen?

May be that condition would be met, I guess.

You can see the problem at the start of the sheet -
My intention is Row 5 and Row 22 should be colored and Row 16 should not.
What am I doing wrong?

Change your Conditional Formatting rule formula >>

From this :

=AND($D4>0,$D4<5000)

To this :

=AND($D3>0,$D3<5000)

Thanks for your help, can't believe I wrote $D4 instead of $D3 - but editing these formula is very sensitive more often than not there's no connection between what you write and what you get!
