Insert image based on conditions

Hello,

I am attempting to insert images in excel based on a name and date. The jpgs are about 3KB and stored in a folder by date. The name of each image corresponds to the name in excel.


I'm pretty new to VBA and have figured out how to add an image, but I don't want to have to provide the individual jpg locations every time a picture is needed. Any advice?
 
You don't provide much information, but my guess is that you might be able to use a lookup table with the locations stored there for each photo.
