Insert flex grid to vba userform and use it

I have to create a simple excel database for my school record and student result. I have created data entry form but Now I want to create list for filling student exam marks with user form. I want to use ms flex grid or data grid but when I drag it the message "the subject is not trusted for the specified action", dispalys pls guide
