Insert blank rows between data

Hi Saffiya ,


Inserting rows cannot be done using formulae , in my opinion.


If you can give more details such as the rows where you wish to insert the blank rows , how many blank rows you would like to insert ... then we can write a macro to do the same.

Do you not think you would get a better response to your question if you had a more descriptive title than "Mohammad" it does not have any bearing on an Excel problem, many members who could help will not look as they may think it is spam.


I do not understand what you mean by "nearly one thousand pages in one sheet1" you only have five sheets in the workbook, you mean thousands of rows with data?


Have a look at the attached file, it has a macro in it so you will have the enable macros when you open it.

I am not clear on what you want ; I downloaded your file , and there are 3 sheets which have data on them , Sheet1 , Sheet2 and Sheet5 ; Sheet1 has the raw data in tabular form , Sheet2 has the same information in a template format with each form occupying 28 rows , and Sheet5 has the same information in a different template format with each form occupying 15 rows.


What exactly do you want to do with this file and data ?

Can you clarify whether the text you specified is to be inserted in the cells in column C or column D ?
