I have no idea what you want in the green boxes. If you don't know how to work it out, how do you expect anyone else to?

We can help you create a formula for a calculation that you can explain to us.

Just to make it a bit more clear, using the data set in the tabs named "Budget", "Expenses" and "Budget Sector" , would it be possible to create a formula that will get the results on the cells marked XX in the tab named " Tables to input"?

I do not have the results for the cells marked XX as this is the problem that I need to solve.

I hope this is more clear.

I don't understand why you are unable to fill in expected values manually.

Instead of "XX", tell us the cell or cells and sheet that the result needs to come from, then we can formulate a solution for you.

To be clear, I am NOT asking you to tell me what the formula should be, just where to find the relevant data so that I can create the formulae. You MUST know what results (values) that you are expecting in each of those green cells!

Many things would be possible,
if there would be at least one combination,
which could give something else than 'nothing'.
