Hi, I would like to be able to do reconciliations in Finance, whereby one data set is compared against another and identify the different or similar values. This would greatly speed up finding differences.


It is possible by using conditionally formatting and =not(a1=d1),if the data being compared is in the SAME row. I want it to find the same data anywhere in the data set.
