Import data from external spreadsheet

Hi everyone,


I'm looking for a way to import data from a big spreadsheet on my company's intranet based on certain criteria.


I know I could use autofilter but I want my own spreadsheet to link to the company one & extract only the data I require.


Advanced filter doesnt work as I don't the source data in my spreadsheet as there are around 9000 rows.


Here is a smaller sample of the spreadsheet, so for example I might only want to see data relating to Sam Harvey

You could use an SQL Data query to retrieve the data selectively
