if formula with Dsum

Hi,

I was developing a formula which should give me numbers only if my cell value month is equal or greater than my current month.Like if my current month is March then all the cells who have equal and more than march should populate and Jan and Feb should be blank.

I am note sure why excel is not giving me correct results, where i feel my formula is correct.

can any one please look into this.
