I have an excel file where emp code is given. If the emp code starts with FXP then type will be Flexi and if the employee code starts with VCD or VDP then type will be Onrole. For that which formula should I have to use. Need help

In B2, formula copied down :

=IF(LEFT(A2,3)="FXP","Flexi",IF(OR(LEFT(A2,3)={"VCD","VDP"}),"Onrole","Not found"))

A slightly different approach. VLOOKUP is also possible but I never did like the function.
