Identify Range Value, Ouput Values and Divide evenly

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help provide guidance on the following procedure. Specifically, how to search through a column of numbers (column C), identify numbers within a certain range(anything starting with a 5), output numbers starting with a 5 into new tab and the total number of rows by 3. I tried doing a search but couldn't find anything. Appreciate any help in advance.
