Idea needed to display data

Hi Champs

I have a table, coming from shrepoint (which I cant change).

The Data contain trainings information from some staff members and I need to display them as Bar Chart or similar (better idea?).

Problem:

I get the data as follows:

Name Training1 Training 2 ...

Donald Duck True False

Daisy Duck False True ...

Any Idea how to make a chart from that displaying what trainnig was done by how many people (who is not important, as only a target range of >90% is measured).

thanks for any hint in advanced.

Using the same header row (not counting the "NAME" column), you can use the simply formula:

=COUNTIF(B:B,TRUE)

to get counts for each training type. Then, throw it into a bar chart. Or, if you want to get a little fancy and have target goals, perhaps this will help:

Luke, thanks! That was what my brain actually lost while looking for some fancy stuff, I really forgot countif! :) Thanks so much!
