In a Excel sheet i have list of outstandings.
The labels in sheet1 column-wise are....
DebtorName Invoice# InvoiceDate InvoiceAmt DaysO/S PaymentStatus
In sheet2 is my pivot table based on sheet1
The pivot table will only display InvoiceAmt & Days O/S
Right click on Days O/S and do a grouping like....
1-30 31-60 61-90.........
That's your Ageing Analysis of debtors grouped.
For a better display use Slicers. Slicers will simulate the pivot table report in a pro way.
